Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellation of an order from the moment of signing the agreement until two weeks before the date will incur a cancellation fee of 10%.
  • Cancellation of the reservation between two weeks and 7 days before the date will incur a cancellation fee of 25% of the total accommodation.
  • Cancellation of a reservation between 7 and 2 days before the accommodation will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total accommodation.
  • Cancellation of the order 2 days or less from the order date will incur full cancellation fees.
